NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 7th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-002344, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FBS is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LUCIOUS A MCFARLAND, DECEASED, CHARLOTTE COUNTY UTILITIES CREDIT AND COLLECTION POLICY, SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, JUNE B MCFARLAND, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIOUS A MCFARLAND, DECEASED N/K/A JUNE MCGARLAND, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 4 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 763, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 26, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19A THRU 19E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
