Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 7, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida described as:
LOTS 862 AND 863, SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS, 1ST ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 17A THROUGH 17C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 11445 8TH AVE, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on September 4, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
