Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2013, and entered in 08-2009-CA-002383 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and ERIC J. HARGRAVES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC J. HARGRAVES; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on July 29, 2013 IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 177, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE(S) 16A THROUGH 16Y AND 16Z1 THROUGH 16Z7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
