NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-004617 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE BY RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC FKA RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION ATTORNEY IN FACT is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN SKIPP A/K/A STEPHEN R. SKIPP; ELIZABETH SKIPP A/K/A ELIZABETH G.
