NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-002707 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RASC 2003KS8 was the Plaintiff and ARNOLD L. BUTLER ET AL. the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 5th day of SEPTEMBER, 2013, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
