NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12002210CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and EDWARD WILTROUT, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) and JUDITH WILTROUT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 16 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 239, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 8, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 16A TO 16Y AND 16Z1 TO 16Z7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
