NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-005664, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2006-A7CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-G UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and ROBERTO GARCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO GARCIA N/K/A MARIANA CARDENAS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ANNA C. CARDENAS; STATE OF FLORIDA; CREEKSIDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 16 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
