NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2009-CA-006933 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and STEVE MUCCIARONE, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 22210 HERNANDO AVENUE TRUST U/T/D 1/1/02 THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 22210 HERNANDO AVENUE TRUST U/T/D 1/1/02; STEVEN MUCCIARONE; CHERYL MUCCIARONE; TENANT #1 N/K/A HEATHER L. HANLIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A STEVEN F. BARNEA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
