NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-002102 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff and PATRICK J. GARCIA; NOVELL N. GARCIA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 19 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
