NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 30, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 08-2011-CA-003208 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-14, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS P. SHAFRON; JOAN V.
