NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of May, 2013 and entered in Civil Action Number: 2010-CA-3503 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BIEL LOANCO III-A, LLC, as successor to WHITNEY NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff, and POINT PLEASANT RESIDENCES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, DOROTHIA E. MCCARTHY, an individual, DOROTHIA E. MCCARTHY, as Personal Representative of the Estate of OWEN M.
