NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-04284 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR11, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR11 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated April 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Mary Alice Miano, Dennis J Miano, J.P. Dukovac Homes, Inc., Lexington Homeowners' Association, Inc. a/k/a Lexington Master Homeowners Association Inc., are defendants, the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
