Fowkes, Rosita Fowkes also known as Rosita S. Fowkes, Bayshore on the Lake Condominium Apartments, Phase II, Owners Association, Inc. and First Bank, successor in interest to Coast Bank of Florida are defendants, the Office of Manatee County Clerk of the Court, Manatee Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on https://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 AM on June 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 114, BUILDING K, OF BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 3, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 993, AT PAGE 656, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
