NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000274, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and ANDREW W. GOODWIN A/K/A ANDREW WAYNE GOODWIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW W. GOODWIN A/K/A ANDREW WAYNE GOODWIN IF ANY; RACHELLE I. GOODWIN A/K/A RACHELLE IRENE GOODWIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RACHELLE I. GOODWIN A/K/A RACHELLE IRENE GOODWIN IF ANY; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
