Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 17, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF BLOCK B, BICKLEY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 101, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 63.75' FOR P.O.B., THENCE RUN WEST 101', THENCE NORTH 50', THENCE EAST 101', THENCE SOUTH 50' TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 2014 10TH STREET W., BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 26, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
