NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003245 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA4, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and PERRY W. CAMPBELL A/K/A PERRY CAMPBELL A/K/A PERRY WILLIAM CAMPBELL; MARTHA E. CAMPBELL A/K/A MARTHA CAMPBELL A/K/A MARTHA ELVIRA CAMPBELL; REGION BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA JIM GREEN; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA TINA PIERCE are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JUNE 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 120, PALMETTO SKYWAY REPLAT, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 15-17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
