NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 13, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008552 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-AA7, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT, is the Plaintiff and GLENN ROBERT ARMSTRONG A/K/A GLENN R. ARMSTRONG A/K/A GLENN ARMSTRONG; COLLEEN MARIE ARMSTRONG A/K/A COLLEEN MARIE HYATT-ARMSTRONG A/K/A COLLEEN M. ARMSTRONG A/K/A COLLEEN ARMSTRONG; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; TWIN RIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JUNE 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2065, TWIN RIVERS, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 122, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
