NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 009300 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SHARON ACERRIO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON ACERRIO; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at :www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of August 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
