NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash. The sale shall be held at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11 A.M. on the 18th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 748U, STAGE 7-C, OAKVIEW VILLAGE OF WILDEWOOD SPRINGS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 786, BEGINNING AT PAGE 612, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, INCLUDING AMENDMENT NUMBER 25, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 941, PAGE 457, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
