NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 17 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-06059 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon formerly known as The Bank of New York as successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2005-AR3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR3, is the Plaintiff and Kathryn M. Moorhead, SunTrust Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Eileen Garrett, are defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
