NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and THERESA T. ANH TRAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THERESA T. ANH TRAN; JAMES K. BUI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES K. BUI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
