NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 002885, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and PEDRO RODRIGUEZ; ALBA ALVARADO-RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6 AND THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 7, BLOCK C, HARMON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
