NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1202699CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and LUIS F. ALVIZURES A/K/A LUIS FELIPE ALVIZURES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS F. ALVIZURES A/K/A LUIS FELIPE ALVIZURES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORP., AN OP. SUB. OF MLB&T CO., FSB; THE BLUE HERON OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 24 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 3-106 OF THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305, PAGES 656 THROUGH 758, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
