Baldauf as Trustee of the Randall Benderson 1993-1 Trust , Greenbrook Village Association, Inc. , RB-3 Associates , Ronald Benderson as Trustee of hte Randall Benderson 1993-1 Trust , WR-1 Association, LTD , are defendants, the County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2nd day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
