NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000368 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Urmas A. Kask, Robert Shultz, Lely Civic Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Urmas A. Kask n/k/a Suzanne Workman, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 24th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 27, BLOCK 2, OF LELY GOLF ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 121 DORAL CIRCLE, NAPLES, FL 34113
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
