NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22ndday of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009CA004715, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TOBANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FORTHE HOLDERS OF THE FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF18 is the Plaintiff and JOSE ARIAS; BEND OF TERRA CEIA II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NATIONAL CITY BANK; HEIDI ARIAS; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 25thday of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BEND OF TERRA CEIA II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED TO PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 154 AND 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
