YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 36-102, CALUSA BAY NORTH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2388, Page 2011, et seq., the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: MATTHEW G. PETRA, ESQ. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
