AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MARIA MARTINEZ the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 26 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
