NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA000438AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and WALTER A. MASSIE, JR. A/K/A WALTER A. MASSIE; ROSALIND D. MASSIE A/K/A ROSALIND R. MASSIE F/K/A ROSALIND D. RICHARDSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WEST COAST FEDERAL EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION; BRADEN RIVER LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 21st day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK D, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 42-47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
