NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 24th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002265 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR12, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR12 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and , LYNN RICHARD LONGENECKER are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:

BEING AND LYING IN SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
