NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-004135 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-4 Trust, Plaintiff and Thomas Kelly and Desiree C. Kelly a/k/a Desiree Kelly, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on June 24, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 179, BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 34 THROUGH 37, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
