NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 15, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2012-CA-002398, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and DANIEL L. ARNOLD; RHONDA TALSMA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL L. ARNOLD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RHONDA TALSMA; AMERICA EXPRESS CENTRUION BANK; LAKESIDE SOUTH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of June, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF MANATEE, STATE OF FLORIDA, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DECRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 21, BLOCK 1, OF THE REVISED PLAT OF THE VILLAGES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, PHASE III, AS PER PLATTHEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 6, 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 3896 40TH AVENUE W., BRADENTON, FLORIDA 34205.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
