THE WATCH II AT WATERLEFE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,
Plaintiff, vs.
LEE A. HURST; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2012 CA 006375 on May 24, 2013 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 24-B, of The Watch II at Waterlefe, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, page 167, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Book 1782, page 1220 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 9, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
