NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-002921 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and MARIANO G. SALAZAR A/K/A MARIANO G. SALAZAR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIANO G. SALAZAR A/K/A MARIANO G. SALAZAR N/K/A ELSA SALAZAR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
