NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000958 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JUSTO MARTINEZ; ORFILIA MARTNIEZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A SUSANNA MARTINEZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HAROLD MARTINEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 16th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
