NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006050, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. REDMAN SR.; ET AL are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 28 OF PINE TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1070, PAGE 2676, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 161 THROUGH 163, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION. a/k/a 776 Pine Trace Drive, Unit 28, Sarasota, Florida 34243
