NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2009CA000731AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. SUNTRUST BANK is Plaintiff and GAETANO PIRO; LUZ E. SANABRIA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N.K.A. STEPHEN MATINCHEK; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; VARGAS ELECTRIC SERVICE, INC.; TWIN RIVERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2083 OF TWIN RIVERS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
