NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated February 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012494 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR13, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR13 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated June 1, 2005, Plaintiff and Danielle T. DeMeo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 26, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 58, OF WOODS OF WHITFIELD, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 93-94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
