NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-006877 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and EDWARD M. KURPELL; ANN KURPELL A/K/A ANN KLEIN KURPELL; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; GREYHAWK LANDING PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANOTHEY KURPELL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A RENEE KURPELL are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 21st day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
