NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-001284 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL W. YETTER A/K/A MICHAEL YETTER; SHAWNA LEE YETTER; STATE OF FLORIDA; MANATEE COUNTY; MANATEE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
