NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-002797ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC., Plaintiff, and BRIAN ZHAO, MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A CHARLES ZOBEL, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of July, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 30, MEADOW POINTE III PARCEL “EE” AND “HH”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 132 THROUGH 145, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
