NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
The South 382.40 feet of the East ½ of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 19, Township 24 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida, Less the West 10 feet thereof for road purposes.
And
The South 34 feet of the West ½ of the East ½ of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 19, Township 24 South, Range 18 East, Pasco County, Florida, Less the Southern 382.40 feet; and less the West 10 feet for road purposes.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on JULY 15, 2013.
