NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-004162-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Court in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, Plaintiff, and, EULID CLEMONS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 26th day of June, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 43, BLOCK 1, BRIDGEWATER PHASE 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 1 , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
