NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004305ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR YALE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1. is the Plaintiff and ALBERTO A. GARCIA, SR. A/K/A ALBERT A. GARCIA, SR.; SALLY GARCIA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 07/08/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
