NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2007-CA-003440-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Court in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA18, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA18, Plaintiff, and, CARMEN G. NIEVES FRANCISCO MONZON, SR., et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described property:
LOT 33, HERITAGE PINES VILLAGE 30, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55 AT PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
