NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-03554WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II, Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Gary W. Fudge, Lisa L. Fudge, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sebring Capital Partners, Limited Partnership, Tenant # 1 n/k/a Albert Johnson, Jr. , are defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of July, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
