YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title, for determination of beneficiaries, and for breach of warranty deed to real property located in Sarasota County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
Lot 1, JENNABELLE LAND SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 5, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Laura S. Bauman, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before July 1st, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
