Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in Case No. 2013 CC 000607 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CHARTLEY COURT HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation is the Plaintiff and MICHAELA KOKESOVA; JOHN DOE, unknown spouse of MICHAELA KOKESOVA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., a Delaware corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees or other claimants claiming by, through, under or against MICHAELA KOKESOVA are the defendants, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, CHARTLEY COURT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 24 AND 24A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes. Foreclosure sale to be conducted on the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on June 26, 2013.
