Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on May 21, 2013 in this Civil Case No. 2011 CA 003824 NC, in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of June, 2013 the following described property situated in Sarasota, Florida, described in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 252, MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES, UNIT NO. 5, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 47, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
