Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 7, Block 9, Port Charlotte Subdivision, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page(s) 95, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, as follows: at 9:00 a.m. August 22, 2013, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
